1. Website use

You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes related to learning about or requesting Yellow Hat Construction Inc. services. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, or use site content in a misleading or infringing way.

2. Estimates and project agreements

Submitting a form, booking an appointment, or speaking with our team does not create a construction contract or guarantee that we will accept a project. Website descriptions and conversations are informational until scope, price, schedule, payment terms, warranty terms, and other requirements are stated in a written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.

3. Pricing and promotions

Advertised starting prices are examples for qualifying projects and are not quotes. Actual pricing depends on dimensions, demolition, existing conditions, code requirements, permits, access, plumbing or electrical changes, material selections, labor, and other scope details.

The 25% material promotion applies only to selected in-stock custom shower material packages while eligible supplies and the promotion remain available. It does not apply to all products, labor, permits, taxes, prior purchases, or incompatible combinations. Details and eligibility must be confirmed in writing.

4. One-day installation statement

“One-day” refers to many qualifying wet-area installations after design, measurement, ordering, and preparation are complete. It is not a guarantee for every home. Concealed damage, plumbing, electrical, structural work, permits, inspections, custom glass, change orders, or other conditions may extend the schedule.

5. Images, reviews, and third-party links

Images labeled as design concepts are original visualizations for inspiration and are not photographs of completed client work. Final colors, proportions, materials, and results vary. Links to Houzz, BBB, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, and other sites are provided for convenience; those services operate under their own terms and policies. Review excerpts on this site are paraphrased from identified public platforms.

6. License and warranty references

License, insurance, accreditation, certification, and warranty information can change and should be verified at the time of contracting. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms, registration, maintenance, exclusions, and remedies. Yellow Hat’s craftsmanship warranty is governed by the signed project agreement.

7. Yellow Hat Construction SMS Program

• Program name and description: The Yellow Hat Construction Inc. SMS Program sends messages to people who voluntarily opt in through a Yellow Hat website form. Depending on the separate consent choice selected, messages may include non-marketing inquiry follow-up, estimate scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, project or service notices, and/or marketing messages about special offers, discounts, company news, and service updates.
• Opting out: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message. We will send an SMS confirming your unsubscribe status. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from the opted-out program unless you rejoin.
• Rejoining: To rejoin after opting out, submit a Yellow Hat website form again and select the applicable optional SMS consent choice. Where supported, you may also reply START or UNSTOP to the sending number.

• Carrier disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates and frequency: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
• Consent and privacy: Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Declining SMS consent does not prevent submission of a website inquiry. Our handling of mobile information and consent records is described in the Privacy Policy.
• Standards and law: The SMS Program is intended to comply with applicable federal and state law and with carrier and industry messaging standards. You agree to use the messaging features lawfully and not to submit another person’s number without authorization.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, logo presentation, graphics, and original concept imagery are owned by or used for Yellow Hat Construction Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or present them as another company’s work without permission.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

The site is provided on an “as available” basis for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the website itself and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Project contracts may contain separate dispute and governing-law provisions. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date.
